DNA Labz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website dnalabz.com and supplies research chemicals exclusively for laboratory research purposes. By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you (“User,” “Buyer,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the website or purchase any product.

All products supplied by DNA Labz are designated strictly for Research Use Only (RUO).

Products are NOT:

• ›Intended for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any in-vivo use
• ›Intended for veterinary or animal use
• ›Intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or clinical applications
• ›Approved as drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority

The Buyer represents and warrants that all purchases are made solely for legitimate laboratory research, in vitro testing, analytical reference, or scientific evaluation by qualified personnel.

DNA Labz operates as a chemical supplier. DNA Labz is not a drug manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, or pharmacy.

• ›DNA Labz is NOT a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
• ›DNA Labz is NOT an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the FD&C Act.
• ›DNA Labz does not produce, dispense, or sell finished pharmaceutical products.
• ›No product supplied by DNA Labz constitutes a prescription, over-the-counter, or compounded drug.

Any reference to a compound name on this website is for identification of the chemical only and does not imply approval, endorsement, or suitability for any medical application.

DNA Labz makes no representations regarding the safety, efficacy, biological activity, or therapeutic benefit of any product. No statement on this website should be interpreted as a medical or health claim. The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA.

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that:

• ›You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• ›You are a qualified researcher, or you act under the direct supervision of a qualified researcher or institution
• ›You are trained in the safe handling of laboratory chemicals and understand their hazards
• ›You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Access to product pricing and the ability to place orders is conditional on account approval. DNA Labz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any account without notice. Approval is not a guarantee of fulfilment of any specific order.

You agree that you will not:

• ›Administer any product to humans or animals
• ›Resell, redistribute, repackage, or relabel products for human or veterinary consumption
• ›Market, advertise, or represent products as drugs, supplements, or therapies
• ›Use products in any manner that violates the FD&C Act, the Controlled Substances Act, or any other applicable law
• ›Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or research intent

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate account termination, refusal of service, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All orders are subject to acceptance by DNA Labz. We reserve the right to:

• ›Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion
• ›Request additional documentation verifying research intent or institutional affiliation
• ›Correct pricing, availability, or product description errors at any time, including after an order is placed
• ›Limit quantities sold to any single Buyer

Final order pricing is computed server-side at the time of order placement and supersedes any cached or displayed price.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. Buyer is responsible for any chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or fees arising from payment disputes.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin). The Buyer is solely responsible for:

• ›Compliance with all import, export, and customs requirements
• ›Proper receipt, storage, and handling of products upon delivery
• ›Any duties, taxes, or fees levied by destination jurisdictions

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once products have shipped. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery via the contact form.

All website content — including product names, descriptions, molecular data, and reference materials — is provided for informational and identification purposes only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, scientific, or regulatory advice.

Products and information are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNA Labz, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• ›Any damages exceeding the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DNA Labz, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

All website content, branding, layout, code, and graphics are the property of DNA Labz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part may be reproduced without prior written consent.

DNA Labz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the website shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
